The owner of Karmacations gardens near Dorchester was pleased to welcome members of the VDHS to her extensive gardens. Inspired by Japanese gardens, the grounds were laid out with many sculptures from Japan. The owner explained their origins and symbolism within the garden. Amongst these were;

Giant Rocks from Sarah Eberle Awarding Winning Psalm 23 Garden Best of Show/Gold Medal at Chelsea Flower Show

Rare Bronze Artwork (Geisha (1907- 3ft tall only one in World exhibited at Japanese Exhibition at Tokyo 1907- never before seen in UK before 2026 and, due to its rarity, it was specially displayed for the VDHS visit!

Niwaki Trees - some from Japan are over 100 years old

Stunning twisted Fencing and some Benches - crafted by Royal Estates master woodsman for Highgrove

Custom Giant Torri Gate at entrance - story goes you walk through life is left behind, it's a new beginning and a fresh start- good Karma is restored and bad cleared
