PHOTO USAGE AGREEMENT :
VDHS welcome the participation of young people. As an entrant of the show we would like to publish photographs of any winning entries in the local press or for fundraising, promotional material such as Facebook and our website. Young people under the age of 18 years require parental/guardian consent. The following agreement is between Verwood and District Horticultural Society and the photographer or photographed subject and their Parent/Guardian.
By signing this agreement, you agree that VDHS may use photographs of the entrant in any of our current or future publications, local press, leaflets or advertising materials (including the website and Facebook) for the purposes of promoting our work.
